A plugin for Gridzu

Customers, tickets and invoices — on your own tables

The CRM turns the tables you already have into records you can work from: a customer with everything pointing at them, a ticket with its conversation, an invoice you can send. Gridzu itself is free; the plugins are what you pay for.

A customer, not a row

Stand on one record and see everything that points at it — their invoices, their tickets, their contacts, what they owe — then step into any of those and do it again.

Tickets with the conversation attached

Notes you keep to yourself, and notes that go to the customer as email. Their replies come back onto the ticket, from addresses you decided to trust.

Invoices that go out

Line items, tax, totals worked out rather than typed. Print it, or send it as a PDF through your own mail account.

Time that becomes a bill

Start a timer on a ticket, or write the hours down. What was spent shows on the printed ticket and can back up the invoice line.

Your data stays yours

The CRM plugin adds a way of working, not a place to keep things. The tables are ordinary Gridzu tables — stop subscribing and every customer, ticket and invoice is still there, still openable, still exportable.

Nothing to host

It runs in Gridzu on your machine, against the same local database. No server to stand up, no per-seat portal, no data sitting somewhere you didn't choose.

What it costs

$10/month

for the CRM plugin. Gridzu itself is free.

You buy it inside Gridzu, not here — install the app, sign in, and the CRM is a button on the toolbar waiting to be switched on. That way it lands on your account the moment you pay, with nothing to enter twice.
